Because our products are fresh and perishable beverages, our refund policy prioritizes food safety, product quality, and hygiene while addressing legitimate issues fairly.

No Returns or Exchanges for Perishable Products

  • Due to the perishable nature of our Sea Buckthorn Berry juice products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste preferences, or buyer's remorse. All sales of our products are final once processed and shipped.

Claims for Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Spoiled Orders

We take pride in the freshness and quality of our products and use careful packaging (including ice packs and insulated materials when appropriate) to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives with issues, we want to make it right.

Eligible issues may include:

  • Products damaged or leaking during transit

  • Incorrect items or quantities shipped

  • Products that appear spoiled or unsafe upon arrival (despite proper immediate refrigeration)

Timeframe for Reporting Issues You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible after opening and inspecting the package). Late claims may not be eligible for resolution due to the perishable nature of the items.

  • Clear photos of the affected product(s), packaging, any damage, and relevant details (e.g., arrival condition or temperature if known)

Important Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Refrigeration Requirement: Our Sea Buckthorn Berry juice must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival to preserve safety, shelf life, flavor, and nutritional value (as detailed in our Shipping Policy). We are not responsible for spoilage, quality loss, or safety concerns caused by:

    • Delays in delivery or carrier issues beyond our control

    • Failure to refrigerate promptly

    • Improper storage or handling after receipt

    • Extreme environmental conditions during transit

  • We optimize shipping (striving for Monday shipments to aim for Thursday arrival or earlier) to provide a full 7-day freshness window, but transit variables can occur.

  • We cannot guarantee product condition in all circumstances due to factors outside our control.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
