We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in the United States using reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. Please review the details below for our shipping practices.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping applies to orders of $49.95 or more (threshold subject to change; check current promotions at checkout).

  • Expedited options (e.g., 2-day or overnight shipping) are available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • We strive to ship orders on Mondays so that your package arrives by Thursday at the latest. This schedule helps ensure the product remains fresh for a full 7-day period after delivery.

  • Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Handling Perishable Items

  • Our Sea Buckthorn Berry juice products are fresh and perishable. To preserve their optimal shelf life, flavor profile, and nutritional benefits, the products must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

  • We strongly recommend checking your tracking information and being available to receive the package promptly. If left unrefrigerated for extended periods, the product may spoil or lose quality.

  • During warmer months or for shipments to warmer climates, we may include ice packs or insulated packaging at our discretion to help maintain freshness during transit. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product upon delivery due to variables such as transit time and environmental conditions.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If you experience any issues with your order (such as damage during shipping or quality concerns), please refer to our Refund Policy on this website for details on how to request a refund or replacement.
